Jacci Stallone is the author of www.beingperfectishard.com and has just recently launched her vintage e store. She is Philly based and her thifting skills are off the chain. I know a lot of my friends love vintage stuff, but they don't have the patience to rummage through racks of clothes. Here's where Jacci comes into play.
